Grandma Vi was the backbone of our family. She was just as supportive as she was hard-working and progressive, instilling in each generation the importance of being better than the last. Grandma Vi inspired us to break generational chains that carried heavy burdens and blocked opportunities for success. She spoke passionately into each of us, to become the impact we envision for our future generations.

Grandma Vi was a beautiful woman inside and out, and two things she prioritized beyond her faith were her family and her hair. She never had a bad hair day. Her hair was always healthy and stylish - she knew how to rock those flowy curls!

As Grandma Vi got older, she looked forward to going to the salon to let her granddaughter, and the founder of DHG, refresh her signature style. Grandma Vi would always reiterate the importance of good hair care products and moisture to encourage hair growth.

Although Grandma Vi is no longer with us physically, her spirit lives through us all guiding the vision of DHG. The G-VI product line was inspired by Grandma Vi and her values that Growth is Very Important.

Our G-VI hair line combines two of the most important characteristics that Grandma Vi embodied: a brand that creates opportunity for future generations and creating products that encourage healthy, beautiful and moisturized hair.
